Kirk is the newest member to join The Stretch Effect Team! Recently graduating from Charleston

Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Kirk provides a fresh and

innovative mindset that directly aligns with what we stand for. During his time at Charleston

Southern, he completed an internship as a strength and conditioning coach aiding in the

improvement of performance for collegiate athletes across various sports. Being an athlete growing

up, (baseball and wrestling), as well as the internship, sparked the importance of

stretching not just for athletics but also the overall quality of life. In addition, Kirk’s life goal is to

help people and to make an impact on someone’s life. We are excited to have someone join

our team who is like minded with the same goal as our mission. We look forward to Kirk

beginning his health and wellness career here at The Stretch Effect!
